Brenda Pietraccone

Former Director of Management and Monitoring of Programs and Special Projects of the National Ministry of Social Development. Specialist with more than 20 years in the design and integral management of public and private projects, in different sectors and with multiple interlocutors.

 

She has developed an innovative vision, critical and strategic thinking. She has worked at the Inter-American Development Bank, has advised National, Provincial and Municipal Governments and Civil Society Organizations. She has always been linked to strengthening the capacities of policy makers for the effective and agile management of projects, consensus building through empathic communication and inter-institutional leadership for the achievement of objectives.

 

She holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica Argentina, a post-graduate degree in Control and Management of Public Policies from the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales and a Master’s degree in Management for Development from the Universidad Nacional de San Martín.

Félix Martín Soto
Partner

Former Undersecretary of International Financial Relations of the Argentine Ministry of Finance between 2016 and 2019. He was representative of the Argentine Republic before all International Credit Organizations (IDB, WB, CAF, FONPLATA, CABEI, AfDB and Green Climate Fund). He initiated the process of Argentina’s incorporation to the Asian Investment and Infrastructure Bank (AIIB).

 

He was in charge of more than 140 credit operations for an amount of more than US$ 20 billion. Of these operations, more than 40 were bilateral loans, where the relationship and management with the Government and Banks of the People’s Republic of China stands out. Previously, he was Operations Associate at the Inter-American Development Bank and worked at the United Nations Development Program, with 13 years of uninterrupted experience in these organizations.

María Cecilia Ordeix

Consultant

Specialist with more than 14 years of experience in implementation, management and evaluation of projects in International Credit Organizations.

 

For more than 10 years, she was part of the Argentine Representation at the Inter-American Development Bank, occupying various roles as economist for project supervision and coordinator of the Technical Cooperation unit. She currently resides in Mexico City and continues to work as a consultant for international and governmental organizations.

He is an Economist and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires, with a specialization in Public Policy from the Latin American School of Social Sciences.

Soledad Cubas

Consultant

Specialist with more than 15 years of experience in the design and evaluation of public policies with special emphasis on social protection in developing countries.

 

Former National Director of the Information, Evaluation and Monitoring System of Social Programs (SIEMPRO) belonging to the National Council for the Coordination of Social Policies (CNCPS).

She has worked as a consultant and researcher in different organizations such as the World Bank, Habitat for Humanity, IDESA, among others, in different countries of the region. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master’s degree in Design and Management of Social Policies.

Lorena Codianni

Consultant

Desempeñó roles clave en programas que promueven la inclusión socio-laboral, el fortalecimiento comunitario y políticaspúblicas de impacto social.

 

She held strategic positions as Director of Strategic Planning in the Municipality of San Miguel and previously as Coordinator in the National Ministry of Labor, managing employment programs in all the municipalities of Buenos Aires. Currently and as an Associate at YinYang, she brings her experience in the development of strategic documents.

Lorena has a degree in Social Policy from the Univ. Nacional Gral. Sarmiento, complemented her education with a Master in Social Sciences and a Master in Project Management PM4R. She has certifications in agile methodologies and organizational change management.

Belen Schiaffi

Consultant

Specialist with more than 12 years of experience in the design, management and evaluation of externally financed projects in Latin America and the Caribbean.

 

She was Operational Manager of External Financing Projects at the Housing Institute of the City of Buenos Aires, managing a loan with CAF and strengthening the international positioning of the Ministry of Human Development and Habitat. She was Operational Director of International Financing at the Ministry of Finance of the Argentine Republic. 

 

Previously, he worked as a project, political risk and conflict resolution specialist at GF Consulting Group, advising governments and international organizations in the structuring of performance and risk matrices, and in technical and economic evaluations of credit operations, among other things. At different times in his career, he has taught courses on international financing at several universities.

 

She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Negotiations from the Universidad de San Andrés and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is a Fulbright Scholar.

 

 

Antonella Tiravassi

Consultant

Specialist with more than 10 years of experience in project management and evaluation with a focus on gender and diversity.

 

She has directed projects at the IDB; UN Women; UNICEF; UNDP; the International Red Cross; the European Community (FES), and has also monitored projects for government agencies (Ministry of Social Development; Ministry of Production; Ministry of Security). In the public-private sector (YPF Foundation). She is an academic researcher on issues related to justice, violence and gender, and has more than 15 years of experience as a consultant in different public and private organizations (Banco de la Nación Argentina; Ministry of Security; Ford Foundation; Omnichannel; Place; Novakorp, Intermaco; 4housing and more).

 

She holds a degree in Sociology and is a Professor of Sociology, completing a postgraduate course of national and international specialization in Human Rights and Gender (University of Geneva; University of Pittsburgh). She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Torcuato Di Tella.

Facundo Christel

Consultant

He is a specialist in the management of externally financed projects, with a focus on public health. He was Director General of Administration and Financial Programming at the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security of the Republic of Argentina.

 

He was an Advisor in the Project Coordination Unit of the PBA and in the National Directorate of Public Policy Development of the Ministry of Health of the Argentine Republic, coordinating the planning, formulation, supervision and evaluation of projects, as well as budget projection and control of allocated resources.

He worked in Knowledge Management at the United Nations Information Centre for Argentina and Uruguay, and coordinated projects in various areas of the United Nations Argentina (UNICEF, UNFPA, OAJNU). He has experience in the professional management of knowledge management tools. He holds a degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Buenos Aires.

Héctor Dottore

Consultant

Specialist in project management financed by Multilateral Credit Organizations.

 

He was National Director of Regional Credit Organizations at the Ministry of Finance of the Argentine Republic, focusing on the programming and negotiation of loan and grant operations, the supervision of the execution of credit operations, and Undersecretary of the Project Coordination Unit in the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, focusing on the execution of credit operations, from their design to their evaluation. He held various positions in the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, such as Vice President of Autopistas de Buenos Aires S.A., Vice President of Centrales de la Costa Atlántica S.A. and Vice President of Aguas Bonaerenses S.A., Director of Federal and Municipal Coordination, and of Sectoral Analysis. He also coordinated the management of various loans with the IDB. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires.

Mariana de Solay

Consultant

Specialist with more than 10 years of experience in the design and monitoring of Programs and Projects with external financing from Multilateral and Bilateral Credit Organizations.

 

She was an Advisor in the formulation and monitoring of Projects with International Financing in the Ministry of Economy of the Nation, Presidency of the Nation and Head of Cabinet of Ministers working on Policies of Education, Tourism, Science and Technology, Agroindustry, Environment, Competitiveness, Water and Sanitation, among others. Likewise, she managed Technical Cooperations. She was Quality and Innovation Advisor in the ENTUR of the Government of CABA.
Previously, she worked in the coordination, implementation and evaluation of the Tourism Accessibility Guidelines Program of the Ministry of Tourism of the Nation for the EMTUR of the Municipality of General Pueyrredón.

 

She has a Master’s degree in Administration and Public Policies from the University of San Andrés and graduated with a degree in Tourism from the University CAECE. She has a Diploma in Government and Political Management and also a Diploma in South-South Cooperation. He has PMO and agile methodologies certifications.
